Do I need an appointment to visit Chrysella?
Appointments are highly recommended at our Woodbridge boutique, especially for custom design consultations, so we can give you our full attention.
Our Washington, DC showroom is by appointment only and offers a private, tailored experience.
How long does the custom design process take?
Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks from concept to completion, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll provide a personalized timeline during your consultation.
Do you offer 3D renderings and prototypes?
Yes—we bring your design to life before it’s made. You’ll receive a realistic 3D video rendering and a 3D-printed prototype that you can hold, try on, and approve before production begins.
Are your diamonds and gemstones conflict-free?
Always. We work only with trusted, ethical partners who adhere to strict conflict-free and responsible sourcing standards.
Can you work with heirloom stones or redesign old jewelry?
Absolutely. We specialize in repurposing family stones or sentimental pieces, helping you preserve their story while creating something beautifully new.
What’s the starting price for a custom engagement ring?
Custom rings typically start around $2,500 and vary depending on the stone, materials, and design complexity. We work within your budget to make something meaningful and one-of-a-kind.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options through Affirm, Synchrony, and in-house layaway plans. We’re happy to walk you through the options.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
We do. From resizing to cleaning and full repairs—even if the piece wasn’t purchased from us—our in-house jewelers can help restore your jewelry with expert care.
