I was heartbroken when both my engagement and wedding rings met their untimely demise in the garbage disposal. We were able to save the diamond but little else. Nada was wonderful helping us find a new setting and wedding band. Asia was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, evaluating the condition of the diamond and figuring out how to salvage parts of the rings. I am so glad I trusted them with what I had left and they were able to make a beautiful new set as a replacement. I cannot recommend Chrysella enough for their expertise, selection and kindness.
My fiancé customized my engagement ring, and I wanted the wedding band to fit perfectly with the unusual design. Chrysella created a 3D model of the engagement ring and then used that to design a custom fitting wedding band. They worked with me to try several designs, using a wax model to see the design in real life before we settled on the final design. The staff members were enormously helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. When the final rings arrived, they were displayed so beautifully and included a thoughtful note from the team at Chrysella. I’m so glad I worked with them and highly recommend them to others!
