Return & Exchange Policy
At Chrysella, every piece we create is made with purpose—and often, made just for you. Our return policy reflects the personalization, craftsmanship, and trust that define our process.
All custom designs, personalized items, special orders, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Engagement rings or jewelry with custom-selected stones
- Pieces that have been modified, engraved, or resized to your specifications
- Any item explicitly marked “Custom Order” at the time of purchase
For all custom projects, clients receive 3D renderings and/or CAD previews for review and approval before production begins.
Once design approval is provided—verbally, digitally, or in writing—the order is considered final and non-refundable. Post-approval changes may be subject to additional costs and production delays.
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If you believe there is a defect or issue with your finished jewelry, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@chrysella.com and our team will review it promptly.
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of purchase or delivery for unworn, unaltered in-stock items.
Eligibility requires:
- Items in original condition with tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase
- No visible wear, damage, or signs of use
No refunds will be issued. Store credit or exchange only.
Items worn to events or for temporary use will not be accepted.
If your purchase is a gift, we’re happy to extend the exchange window up to 14 days after the gifting date. Let us know at checkout and we’ll note it accordingly. Store credit only. The recipient must provide proof of purchase
