Custom Design
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes. Custom design is at the heart of what we do. We’ll guide you through the process—from initial consultation and 3D renderings to a try-on-ready prototype and final masterpiece.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom projects are completed within 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and materials.
Can you use my stones or heirloom jewelry?
Absolutely. We love helping clients re-imagine sentimental pieces or reset family stones into something new and personal.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- In-stock items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase (must be unworn and in original condition).
- No refunds. Store credit or exchange only.
Can gifts be returned?
We offer extended exchanges on gifts—up to 14 days from the gifting date. Just let us know at time of purchase.


Financing
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer two flexible options:
- Synchrony (In-Store): 12-month 0% interest financing (subject to approval)
- Affirm (Online Only): Split your payment into monthly installments at checkout

Warranty & Repairs
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All Chrysella pieces are backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects. We cover issues like prong failure, loose accent stones, and structural craftsmanship concerns.
What’s not covered?
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, lost stones, or repairs by non-Chrysella jewelers are not covered.
For full protection, we recommend jewelry insurance (see below).


Jewelry Insurance
Should I insure my jewelry?
Yes—absolutely. Insurance covers what warranties don’t, like loss, theft, or accidental damage.
Do you provide appraisals?
Yes. We include a complimentary insurance appraisal with every qualifying purchase—powered by BriteCo®.
Where can I get insurance?
You can insure through:
- Your homeowners/renters policy
- Jewelry specialists like BriteCo® or Jewelers Mutual®
Appointments & Showrooms
Do I need an appointment?
- Woodbridge, VA: Walk-ins welcome, but appointments are highly recommended for custom consultations.
- Washington, DC: Appointment only for private, one-on-one showroom experiences.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes—we frequently work with out-of-town clients via video and email. We’ll walk you through everything from design to delivery.


Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship?
Yes. We ship securely and fully insured within the U.S. For international orders, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days
- Custom orders typically take 3–6 weeks from design approval
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but it’s coming soon.
We’re working on expanding our service to international clients. In the meantime, feel free to contact us for custom requests or timeline updates.
Care & Maintenance
Do you offer cleaning or resizing?
Yes! We offer professional cleaning, resizing, and repair—even for pieces not made by us. Email info@chrysella.com to schedule a service.
How do I care for my jewelry at home?
Avoid chemicals, remove during strenuous activity, and clean gently with mild soap and water. Store separately to prevent scratches.
