Every piece we create is made with intention, precision, and care. We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
What’s Covered
We will repair or restore your piece at no cost if it experiences a verified defect in materials or craftsmanship, including:
- Loose melee stones (side or accent stones) due to setting failure
- Structural issues with prongs, mountings, or bands due to a manufacturing flaw
- Breakage or failure of clasps, chains, or solder joints from workmanship errors
- Porosity or other material inconsistencies from original production
What’s Not Covered
To preserve the integrity of this warranty and protect our work, the following are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, patina, dulling, thinning, etc.)
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Chips or cracks in gemstones from impact, pressure, or dropping
- Loss of center stones (we strongly recommend insuring your piece)
- Damage caused by chemicals, heat, or water exposure
- Repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by anyone other than Chrysella
How to Request Service
We make it easy:
- Email us at info@chrysella.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Our quality team will assess whether the issue qualifies under this warranty.
- If approved, we’ll arrange for repair or restoration. Shipping fees may apply for mail-in repairs.
